Due to the nature of digital audio processing and immediate delivery of digital output, all purchases are final once processing has started or a master file, preview, or download has been made available to you.
No refunds will be provided after processing has begun or digital delivery has occurred, except where required by applicable law.
Purchased files may be made available for a limited period of time. It is your responsibility to download your purchased files within the availability window provided by the Service.
Masterox is not responsible for failure to download files within the stated time period.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Audio mastering results may vary depending on the source material, mix quality, genre, loudness profile, and other audio characteristics.
